Alice's BTECPA Coursework 2010-12: My name is Alice Norris and I love performing arts. I'm very excited about taking this course as it means i get to dance, sing and act most days for the next two years. I picked the course becuase I love doing performing arts, I would love to carry it on as a career and hopfully one day appear in the westend in a musical. I've been dancing since I was 2 and a half, acting since I was about 7 and singing since I started secondary school. I've passed many dance and drama exams. I've taken my grade 1, 3 and 5 in singing and achieved a Merit in all of them. At the moment I'm towards my grade 6. I performed At Her Masjestys Theatre in a Young Performers Variety show and I've sung in the Royal Albert Hall. Kings Langley School has given me many oppertunitys to perform. I've been involved in Rock Challenge for 3 years and I love doing it! Its an amazing experience and a great chance to meet new people. I've also performed at Watford Palace Theatre at Platform One along side other schools and dance tropes. I hope that this course will improve my skills and help me achieve my goal in life.
